University of Texas at Austin (Anthropology, B.A.)

 

Teaching Experience:

She has tutored middle school students in all subjects for the duration of 2 TexPREP summer programs at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.

 

Educational Philosophy:

“I believe that discussion and student interaction are the most crucial part of the classroom. Students should be taught first and foremost that learning is a lifestyle and does not end when the class is over. I try to make my classroom fun and engaging at all times.”

 

Interesting Fact:

She spent 7 weeks backpacking in Peru. While there, she was able to help the Inca Museum in Cuzco preserve their artifacts.
